What kind of payment methods are available?
CONNECT SIX accepts credit/debit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard as well as PayPal. Cash upon delivery is also accepted. We apologise that we are unable to accept American Express at this moment.

How long does the confirmation of purchase/rental take?
The confirmation of rental will be within 2 hours after you have placed your booking of the product.

When will new products be released?
New products will be released every 1–1.5 months.

Do you ship overseas?
Sorry, we currently only ship in Singapore. We are working toward overseas shipping in the future.
Do we have one day delivery service?
Yes, we do. One day delivery service is only entitled to customers that have made rental bookings or purchases before 3pm.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping cost is based on the speed of the delivery. It will be available at $4.90, $7.90 and $9.90 respectively.
Free door-step delivery available for purchases above $80.
Self-collection can also be done at our warehouse.
Can I schedule my delivery?
Yes, please indicate time of delivery upon making purchase.
How do I rent the products?
Go to Rental and look for the product that you are interested and select the dates you would like to rent it, as well as the duration.

Do I have to take note of anything for renting the products?
Yes. A security deposit of $30 will be collected upon delivery and will be returned back to customers when the product is returned in good condition with no missing pieces.

What is your return policy?
Products can be returned within 7 days if the product is faulty or has any defects.
Can I return the product via mail?
Yes, but customers will bear the postage cost and CONNECT SIX will not be liable for any loss mail.
